Booking Policies for Beauty That Slayyys 💕✨ Welcome to Beauty That Slayyys! We are committed to providing every client with a luxury experience and flawless service. Please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. 💖 Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service balance. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Remaining balances must be paid at the time of service. ⏰ Late Policy Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply. Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling depending on availability. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Deposits can only be transferred once when proper notice is given. Last-minute reschedules may require a new deposit. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations will require a new deposit to rebook. 🚫 No Call / No Show Policy Clients who fail to show up without notice will lose their deposit. Future bookings may require full payment upfront. 👑 Wig Appointment Policies Wigs must be dropped off at least 2 to 3 days before the appointment unless otherwise discussed. Hair must be clean and free of glue or product buildup before service. If customization is needed, additional fees may apply. 💇🏽♀️ Hair Preparation Please arrive: Hair washed and fully dried Free of oils and heavy products Fully detangled Failure to come prepared may result in additional service fees. 👥 Guest Policy No extra guests unless approved beforehand. Children are not allowed unless being serviced. 📸 Photos & Content Beauty That Slayyys may photograph or record services for promotional content on social media. Please notify us before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed. 💕 Refund Policy No refunds on completed services. If there is an issue with your service, contact us within 24 hours so we can address concerns professionally. All product sales including lashes, glosses, bonnets, and wigs are final sale.
